The production time for personalized items varies depending on the complexity of the design. We typically aim to deliver within 2-3 weeks.

Current turn around time is 1-2 weeks. This does not include holiday and shipping time. Turn around time may increase at busiest time of the year. If you need your order faster, we encourage you to reach out to us as we may accommodate your request. 

All cups are NOT microwave or dishwasher safe. It is greatly advised to HANDWASH all of your cups. Due to extremely hot temperatures of some dishwashers, this may cause peeling or fading for some designs.

Our products are handmade and as such, may have small imperfections. Please handle with care. 

We do offer international shipping to US only. Additional shipping charges may apply based on the destination.
